Environmental Features: Standard GridcoreŽ
panels are made from recycled resources, primarily kraft fiber recovered from old corrugated
containers and industrial liner board. GridcoreŽ is formaldehyde free and will not off-gas during
fabrication or after installation. Non-toxic PVA (white) glue is used to laminate panels. The
manufacturing process itself generates little or no air or water pollution. The water utilized in
the forming process is cycled back into the system. Wide-spread utilization of GridcoreŽ panel
products can slow deforestation, preserve habitats, and provide sustainable building solutions
to meet the growing needs of 21st Century development. Note: Changes in raw material content can affect the structural characteristics of the panels. If surfaced with coatings, veneers or laminates, panels should be balanced with similar treatments on both faces to prevent warping.
